If I win my expunge case and my recorded is expunged, do I have to admit to the case ever happening?

The whole point of an expunge case is to clear your record. If you win your case, your record will show nothing about this incident. So, if you are applying for a job and are asked if you have been arrested or involved in a crime, you do not have to mention this case. To the law, the case never happened, and you were never involved.
