How long do I have to wait to have my Class B misdemeanor expunged?

Most Class B misdemeanors can be expunged after two years. This means that once the person completes his or her jail sentence or community service or whatever the judge assigned, he or she must wait for two years before the record can be expunged. During this two year period, the person cannot be charged and convicted of any offense that is worse than a fine-only traffic ticket.
