Violent crime drops across the United States

According to new statistics released by the FBI, violent crime across the United States has decreased from last year by 6.5 percent.

This decrease has been attributed to better police work as well as an aging population in America. The statistics were recorded between January and June of 2011 and showed that murder was down 5.7 percent, robbery decreased by 7.7 percent and rape was down by 5.1 percent.

These drops in crime can be seen in large cities as well as small cities throughout the country.

People can be wrongly accused of crime on a daily basis. It is the right of these individuals to have the charge expunged from their record.
